Do I need an expensive oven or stand mixer to use your kits?
Absolutely not! All our recipes are formulated for simple hand-whisking with a regular fork or wire whisk. You can bake using a standard OTG, oven, microwave convection mode (22–25 mins), an air fryer, or even a traditional covered pressure cooker/kadai with salt at the base.
Can I bake these kits if I am vegan or lactose intolerant?
Yes! Every kit uses pre-portioned dry ingredients. Simply swap regular dairy milk with oat, almond, or soy milk (1:1 ratio), and replace dairy butter with melted virgin coconut oil or neutral cooking oil. The rise and texture remain perfectly fluffy.
How long do the DIY kits stay fresh?
All our dry ingredients are vacuum-sealed in airtight, multi-layer moisture barrier pouches. Sealed kits have a guaranteed shelf life of 6 months from the packaging date when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How does the custom sweetener and protein option work?
On every kit page, you can choose your sweetener: Classic Cane Sugar, zero-calorie Organic Stevia, or monk fruit . You can also add 30g of pure Golden Pea Protein Isolate for clean post-workout nourishment.
What are your shipping timelines and charges across India?
